AERATION
- Green Velvet Sod Farms recommends core aeration to reduce soil compaction and promote a deeper-rooted healthier plant. Core aeration can be done anytime. However, for best results aerate just prior to your winter fertilization (step 5). Dormant seeding can also be done in conjunction with aeration if needed.
